My 2018 Goals
"Without a goal you can't score"
Everyone is a work in progress. No one is perfect and everyone can improve. Having goals helps you progress towards that person you want to be. It shows that you are aware of yourself. It prevents you from getting too comfortable.
Last year I focused on creating a foundation of mental toughness and getting into physical shape. I got to travel to several places, run my first marathon, teach kids, focus less on other people's opinions...
This year I want to focus on consistency and learning.
