Creamy Chicken Sandwich

The classic chicken sandwich. I eat chicken sandwiches all time and combined with different ingredients you can make a variety of chicken sandwiches. This chicken sandwich recipe has mozzarella and avocado which will give your taste buds a creamy and moist feeling. It is quick, easy to cook and healthy because it has vegetables!

Ingredients
  • 6 inch baguette (I prefer French bread but Italian bread works as well :D)
  • 1 Chicken breast
  • 1 Slice of mozzarella
  • 1/4 Green pepper
  • 1/3 Avocado
  • Handful of spinach (or salad)
  • Seasoning (salt, pepper, chili powder)
  • Tablespoon of olive oil
Prep
  1. Slice green pepper & avocado into slices
  2. Slice baguette in half
  3. Season the chicken
Directions
  1. Heat up the pan and add a tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. When the pan is hot, place the chicken into the pan. Be sure to flip it around.
  3. When the chicken is about cooked then add the mozzarella on top until melted.
  4. Toast the baguette.
  5. Place the chicken with melted mozzarella, avocado, spinach and green peppers on the baguette.

If the sandwich looks too green add a slice of tomato. :)
